(WXYZ) — Beaumont Health received a special delivery Wednesday as 40,000 N95 masks were delivered to the hospital for frontline caregivers courtesy of Ford Motor Company.
The delivery was documented on the Beaumont Health Instagram account.
This comes a day after the UAW posted to Facebook that Ford would also be building respirators at the Flat Rock Assembly Plant in an effort to boost medical equipment as the state fights against the growing coronavirus pandemic.
