Churchill High School in Livonia holding virtual telethon to help feed families in need

and last updated

Churchill High School is getting creative with their annual canned food drive to benefit the Livonia Goodfellows, which helps distribute the goods to families in need.

Due to COVID-19, the school will not be collecting cans this year, and they are taking their fundraising virtual. Churchill will be hosting a virtual telethon with performances from students and staff on Dec. 16 to encourage viewers to donate.

The school has launched a GoFundMe to help them reach their goal of $10,000.

If you'd like to help Churchill help the Goodfellows organization, you can give here.

The drive runs until Dec. 18.
