(WXYZ) — Two friends have joined forces to help those on the frontline of the coronavirus crisis. And what they started has created a crusade to cook and comfort.

7 Action News Reporter Andrea Isom talked with the metro Detroit moms who are delivering hot meals, happiness and hope!

It all started with asking a question, now it’s turned into an ongoing quest. It's a mission to help feed and fuel the brave men and women on the front lines. So, together these best friends started something beautiful.

It’s called "Feed our Heroes," and they are doing just that, in hospitals all over metro Detroit.
