Gov. Whitmer testifies in congressional hearing on coronavirus response

(WXYZ) — Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer testified in front of a virtual congressional hearing at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

During the hearing, Whitmer is expected to talk about the confusion in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic when it came to getting PPE from the federal government, according to CBS News.

Whitmer will testify with Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, who is a Democrat, and Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson, a Republican.
