Openings are available at stores in Troy, Clinton Township, St. Clair Shores and Bloomfield Township.

The company began paying associates an additional $2 an hour on March 16.

Nino's is currently doing "on the spot" hiring of part-time and temporary workers. Full-time positions include managers, bakers and chefs.

“We are proud to be a family business serving loyal customers for 40 years and take our role of providing food for metro Detroiters very seriously during this challenging time,” said Kirk Taylor, president of Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace, in a press release.

At all four stores, Nino's is hosting a senior shopping hour from 7 to 8 a.m, open to seniors aged 60 and older, expectant mothers and others who are immune-compromised.
