(WXYZ) — "Wonder Woman" star Gal Gadot surprised Detroit hospital workers who have been dressing up as Wonder Woman on Good Morning America Wednesday.
The segment was part of GMA's tribute to America's frontline workers.
During the video, the four women talked to TJ Holmes about why they wear the Wonder Woman shirts before Gadot dropped in on the video chat.
“I’ve been listening to you for the past few minutes, OK. You are the real heroes. Let me just make this clear,” Gadot said in the video. “Erin, Rena, Beth, Michelle, thank you. I salute you. Everything you do is the real deal. You’re risking your life for other people. I’m getting emotional thinking about it. And You’re amazing. Thank you so much for everything that you do. You are a true inspiration and I just want to hug you so much. You’re so amazing.”
