Wayne State student tests positive for COVID-19

DETROIT (WXYZ) — A Wayne State University student who resided in the Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), according to the university website.

The student will now be quarantined inside of Atchison Hall where there is a floor designated for quarantined students.

The university reported that the student had contracted COVID-19 on March 21.
