Video shows crowd scramble after 3 men shot in Greektown

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police are investigating after four suspects fired gunshots into a crowd in Detroit's Greektown neighborhood, wounding three men.

Police say the shooting occurred around midnight in the area of Beaubien and Monroe.

The victims, a 23-year-old, 24-year-old and 32-year-old reported hearing shots in the crowd, then running and feeling pain and realizing they were shot.

All three victims suffered gunshot wounds and are in stable condition.

Police are looking for four suspects involved in the non-fatal shooting.

“We are certain of the identities all four suspects. Apprehension efforts are underway and we believe all are responsible for this incident in varying ways,” said Chief James Craig. “I highly recommend that you turn yourself in.”
