Detroit police release photo of person of interest in fatal gas station shooting on Halloween

DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit police and Crime Stoppers have released a photo of a person of interest in the fatal shooting of a man on Halloween night.

The shooting happened at Citgo gas station, 7305 W. Grand River Ave.

The person photographed is being described as a person of interest. The suspect was wearing a clown mask with a red nose when he walked into a gas station and shot the victim in the back of the head.

Police have not said why the photographed man is a person of interest, but would like the public's help in locating him for questioning.
