The U.S. Marshals say Detroit's Most Wanted Lloyd Ray has turned himself in following reports on 7 Action News.
The Marshals say Ray is responsible for killing a man in Lincoln Park and shooting another man three times.
Lloyd Ray reportedly has strong gang affiliations in Inkster.
We're told he walked in to the Lincoln Park Police Department with his lawyer this morning.
