Tossing a football and shooting some baskets are a couple of Zack’s favorite things.  The 8th grader – whose real name is Zhaquaries – would really like to share those experiences with a forever family.

“I look forward to playing for a football team or a basketball team and having my family come to a game,” he explained.  “A sweet 3-point shot I can shoot from pretty much anywhere.”

The 14-year-old dreams of one day becoming a professional football player.

“My favorite professional football team would be the Seattle Seahawks. And my favorite NBA professional team would be the Cleveland Cavaliers,” he added.

He describes himself as funny, talented and athletic. Like most boys his age, he likes video games, too.

When it comes to school, he said he makes good grades and stays out of trouble.  He excels in math and science.

He really thrives as a student leader.

“I’m the secretary in my class. I take notes of everything that’s going on. I’m basically a leader in my class,” Zack said.

He’s a respectful young man who appreciates friendship.

“I like a friend that’s funny, cool, that’s always has my back.  When I need them, they’ll be right there by my side,” he explained.

He looks forward to a family that will play sports and video games with him and will be open to helping him keep connected to his sisters.
