“The best thing about me is that I’m smart!” he explained.

“I would describe myself as a smart…sensitive young man,” he added.

He also is a budding artist.  He really enjoys drawing.

“I like to draw fictional things like cars and space aliens and stuff,” he said.

He dreams of being adopted one day.

“I would like to have a Mom and a Dad – two boys and one girl, and have a dog and fish,” he said. “I would love to have a family because they would help me experience what I haven’t had in a long time.”

Chuck has been waiting to be adopted since February of 2010.
