Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy announced Tuesday charges against Mickey Dane Douglas, which include three counts of first-degree murder, one count of assault with intent to murder, one count of felon in possession of a firearm and five counts of felony firearm.

On Sunday, just after 11 p.m., Detroit police answered a call reporting a shooting at Coney Island restaurant in the 9100 block of Dexter Avenue.

All four victims were found inside the restaurant; three of them dead from apparent gunshot wounds.

The surviving victim was treated for his injuries at a local hospital.

Police are still investigating what led to the fatal quadruple shooting. Douglas will be arraigned on July 22 in 36th District Court.
