PONTIAC, Mich. (WXYZ) — Buyers have expressed interest in purchasing two large buildings in downtown Pontiac that house Erebus Haunted Attraction and Erebus Escape Room, a spokesman for the owners told 7 Action News Thursday.
Owners Ed and Jim Terebus have already been approached by "several interested parties."
The asking price is $14.5 million. The property that houses the haunted attraction is selling for $10 million, while the building that houses the escape room is going for $4.5 million.
Erebus has been voted the number one haunted attraction in the United States. The spokesperson says that if the buildings are sold, it would be done separately. The attractions would then be moved to new locations.
