It was a violent end to the weekend as Detroit police investigated several shootings tonight.
In one shooting, witnesses say a heated argument over something unknown ended with gunshots. A woman in her 40s and a man in his 20s are now hospitalized.
The guy who pulled the trigger is 26-years-old and we know he left the house initially, then came back this evening to shoot up the home on Irvington near 7 Mile and State Fair.
Sadly there was more violence earlier this weekend. It happened on Maxwell St., as well as Seminole.
A 25-year-old man is now in critical condition and a 45-year-old man also in serious condition.
Police made one arrest and confiscated a weapon, but another unknown suspect is at large.
Police responded quickly at about 3:00 pm and believe what happened may be a retaliation shooting of some kind.
