The son of a man tragically killed on the tracks of the People Mover is hiring an attorney to get the facts about what happened.
"We want to know why that train didn't stop after the victim fell onto the tracks" says Attorney Mike Morse.
The accident Sunday night remains under investigation and the city maintains a nearly 30 year strong safety record. The head of the People Mover says cameras are watching for issues 24/7.
Still, video of the incident hasn't been released. The death will remain under investigation.
The People Mover has reopened and the city says they are open to increasing safety measures moving forward.
