Bloomfield Township police say a 25-year-old mother from Lapeer could soon be charges for drinking and driving near I-75 and Adams Rd.
The recent incident occurred while she had two small children and a male passenger in the vehicle.
The woman is seen on video wearing only a tank top and underwear.
Police says she appeared sluggish and smelled of alcohol. She was held until she sobered up and then released.
Officers say she also had prescription Xanax in her purse.
The kids have been placed in the custody of a responsible family member.
