Exclusive surveillance footage obtained by ABC News from Detroit Metro Airport shows an American Airlines co-pilot who was allegedly drunk on the job March 26.
That co-pilot was taken off of a plane before it left the gate.
In the exclusive video, you can see the co-pilot before and after he gets on a plane. You can also see him lose his stripes.
At the beginning of the video, you see the co-pilot, 50-year-old John Francis McGuire, enter the airport for his next flight.
But not long after that, the same co-pilot is seen being led off the plane and back out through the airport.
The flight--which was bound for Philadelphia--was eventually canceled and the arrest made national headlines.
We're told a TSA officer noticed some suspicious activity and called authorities immediately.
Police say McGuire first denied drinking, then claimed he had a drink the night before.
Eventually, he registered .081 on a Breathalyzer - more than double the limit of .04 for pilots.
You can also see American Airlines officials actually remove the stripes from the co-pilot's uniform.
He is presently off the job, charged with operating an aircraft under the influence - which is a misdemeanor.
