Justin Upton wasn't the only one getting new gear at Wednesday's press conference. His two-week old baby, Sydnee, was also outfitted with a new Tigers jersey.
As if moving to a new city and adjusting to a new team wasn't enough, the Tigers' newest edition -- and his wife Ashley Borror -- have a new edition of their own.
"It's been kind of a blur the last week or so," said Borror.
"They're kind of going with the flow right now," said Upton. "I've got two troopers in my family. They take care of me."
They'll need to look for a house before they can really settle into the Motor City, but the biggest adjustment so far has been the climate.
"My wife's from Arizona so she's not too excited about the chillness. She's a little skeptical, but I think once she gets here in the summer and sees how beautiful it is, she'll be fine."
Despite the challenges of relocating with a newborn baby, both Borror and Upton say they're excited to be in Detroit for a long time to come. They both say they see their family settling down here and have no plans to leave this team or this city any time soon.
