An attorney for an upscale suburban restaurant named as part of a 10-million dollars civil lawsuit is firing back.

Attorney Jeffrey Abood is adamant that restaurant owner did nothing wrong, and the facts of this case will speak for themselves.

Abood was front and center one day after his client, the owner of Steven Lelli's on the Green in Farmington Hils, was sued by a woman in civil court.

Through her attorney Geoffrey Fieger, that woman alleges she was grabbed inappropriately in a back room of the restaurant back in April.

A top competitor of Fieger's, attorney Michael Morse, has also responded - calling the allegations nonsense and part of a vendetta, designed to extort money.

Both Morse and restaurant owner Mark Zarkin deny that Morse had any inappropriate contact with the woman And also deny any attempt to cover up the facts.

There have been no criminal charges filed. Police have only said they are investigating after a police report was filed.
