Talbot explained why during his in-depth interview with me for this week's Spotlight on the News program. He remembered the good and the bad of Swainson's career and used it to guide his stellar 40-year career on Michigan's judicial benches.
See can see my entire conversation with Judge Talbot on WXYZ.com under the Spotlight on the News segment.
