MT. CLEMENS, Mich. (WXYZ) — Police say a man has been taken to the hospital after being shot during an attempted robbery at a Mt. Clemens gas station.
It happened around 5:10 p.m. at the Mobil gas station on Main St.
The condition of the man isn't known. Police say he is believed to have been wearing a mask when he entered the gas station with a hand gun and attempted to rob the patrons, as well as the clerk.
Officers say the clerk was also armed and shot the suspect.
