7 Action News has learned that one of the women suing attorney Mike Morse has dropped her case.
However, the case was dropped in the wake of a judge ruling the case, which was filed as a Jane Doe, could proceed under the woman's real name.
The woman's attorney, Geoffrey Fieger, tells 7 Action News they will refile the case under the woman's real name.
