A 14-year-old girl was killed in a fatal car-pedestrian accident on southbound Telegraph Rd. between 9 and 10 Mile Roads.
Shammah Hebron was the youngest child of four.
Her father, Damon, said she was crossing with two other friends.
He was at work when he got the call.
Damon said he doesn't blame the driver.
"I can't be mad at her, I can't be mad at him," he said.
"She had a bright and promising future," Damon said.
