It’s stunning video now of a man getting slammed in the head by a runaway tire.
The footage of the freak accident was posted on YouTube.

It happened Tuesday. The New York Daily News reports that Roberto Fernandes was walking with his daughter in Brazil when that tire flew off a car and knocked him straight into the concrete.
He amazingly survived and rescuers rushed him to the hospital.
We have no word yet on his current condition.
