The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old.
Jodice Blackburn of Lincoln Park was last see at her home on June 28.
She is described as 5' 2" tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds. Jodice has blue eyes, pierced ears and scars on her upper thighs and arms.
Her hair was dyed black at the time she was last seen.
