A man has been arrested as a result of the City of Detroit's new hidden cameras that target illegal dumpers.

Leo Tolin, 32, was arrested Wednesday after Detroit Police say he used one of his moving trucks to illegally dump a box of garbage on a city street.

"He made a mistake," said his father, Leonardo Tolin.

Leo, who owns Price is Right Movers, spent Wednesday night in jail after he was arrested for littering.

His moving van was also seized.

Leo is just one of several people arrested as a result of the City of Detroit's efforts.
