Citizens in Roseville are fed up with crime, so they’re joining forces to protect their neighborhoods, one block at a time.

Several of them are using mounted surveillance cameras and social media to help catch criminals.

In the past few weeks, cameras mounted on various homes have caught two young men rifling through cars and taking whatever they can grab.

On Wednesday, three guns were taken from a pickup truck. One handgun and 2 rifles are now missing.

“My boyfriend had 3 guns stolen from his truck,” says one resident on Linwood St. in Roseville. There was also criminal activity spotted on Curtis St.

“There’s an app that we try and keep in touch with everyone in the neighborhood, but we’re planning on making fliers to get in touch with everyone that doesn’t already know," one homeowner said.

If you recognize the young men in the videos, please contact Roseville Police.
