When Melissa Pruitt decided to go to Elizabeth Park in Trenton to play Pokemon Go during her lunch break, she had no idea that she would end up helping police nab a suspected drunk driver.

Pruitt was walking around, playing the game when she spotted 60-year-old Kim Hildebrandt passed out on a bench.

When she tried to see if he was alright, he fell face down on the ground and a bottle of liquor landed nearby.

Pruitt says she tried to get the man to stay put while she called for help, but he wanted to hop on his Harley Davidson motorcycle and leave.

Pruitt called 911 and followed Hildebrandt at a safe distance so Trenton Police could arrive and make the arrest.

Using a breathalyzer, police say Hildebrandt provided a "breath sample of .258."

He was arrested and charged with Operating While Intoxicated.

Attorney Jonathan Jones is representing Hildebrandt. Jones tells 7 Action News that they are in the initial stages of the case and they expect to know more later.
