The Detroit Public Schools Community District is dismissing students three hours early due to high temperatures.
According to the district, all schools will be part of the early dismissal.
If you have a student that has a scheduled field trip, buses will return at their normal time and students will then be transported to their corner stop or home as normally scheduled.
Temperatures are expected to climb near 90 degrees again today.
