The Troy Police Department needs all of us to be its eyes and ears, as they are looking for a man who was lurking near an elementary school with crude intentions.
It’s case indecent exposure. This time, a parent was his prey.
A mother was picking up her child from school when she witnessed something disgusting and gross, not to mention criminal.
It happened a stones throw away from Wattles Elementary School.

“A young man driving a car, while she was walking to pick up her child, asked for directions to McDonald’s. When she got closer, she discovered that he was masturbating and asked her something, like 'how does it look?'," says Troy Police Sgt. Meghan Lehman.
The suspect is described at an east Asian male in his mid 20s, medium complexion, with short hair. The victim and police say he was driving a gray four door sedan.
