A cold hearted criminal caught on camera. Wyandotte police need your help to scoop up the man who broke into Holy Cow Creamery on Father’s Day.
The creamery posts all their flavors on the wall, butter pecan, chocolate, Superman and on a hot day I bet we all can understand the need for ice cream, but one mans' need for the creamery turned criminal
Debbie Rote-Hayes and her family opened the Wyandotte location of Holy Cow Creamery 3 years ago.
“You put our heart and soul into running a business and having such a nice place, great employees and wonderful customers,“ she says.
On Monday the shop was closed for the 2nd day in a row due to a shattered window because of a break in at 1:00 am Sunday.
Surveillance cameras caught the whole thing.
“He came in head first and plopped right down in the floor,” says Rote-Hayes.
Surveillance shows the creamery criminal head straight to the register. He pried it open and he took all the cash and rolled coins.
He didn’t touch the ice cream, but he found the safe and carried it out, accidentally modeling for every camera in the store.
"I hope someone knows who he is because that’s the only way we are going to catch him,” says Rote-Hayes.
The Holy Cow Creamery will re-open Tuesday.
