Alex Turcotte is going pro.

The Los Angeles Kings have agreed to a three-year entry level deal with their 2019 first round pick.

Turcotte played two years in Plymouth's USA Hockey National Team Development program, from 2017-19. He scored 45 goals and registered 125 points in his two seasons with the U-17 and U-18 teams.

He scored nine goals and 26 points in 29 games with Wisconsin this past season. Turcotte registered .897 points-per game, which ranked second on the Badgers and sixth among college freshman (according to Sportsnet).

The contract with the Kings starts in the 2020-21, the team announced. Turcotte played for Honeybaked in the 2014-15 season and lived with Jack Hughes during the 2018-19 season.
