Major League Baseball has issued their suspensions and fines for Thursday's bench clearing brawl between the Tigers and Yankees.

Miguel Cabrera has received the harshest punishment. He was suspended seven games for inciting the brawl and fighting.

Yankees catchers Gary Sanchez and Austin Romine were also suspended for fighting, including throwing punches. Sanchez was suspended four games. Romine was suspended for two.

Tigers pitcher Alex Wilson was also suspended for four games, for throwing a pitch at Todd Frazier after warnings were issued. Wilson's actions have also lead MLB to suspend Tigers manager Brad Ausmus for one game.

All five have also been fined as have Yankees manager Joe Girardi, Yankees bench coach/acting manager Rob Thomson, Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner, Yankees pitcher Tommy Kahnle and Tigers shortstop José Iglesias.

Yankees first baseman Garrett Cooper and outfielder Clint Grazier were both suspended for entering the field while on the disabled list.

All of the suspension go into effect with tonight's games, unless they are appealed.
