HIGHLAND, Mich. (WXYZ) -- The 2017 edition of the Joe Kocur Foundation for Children celebrity softball game featured the largest turnout in the event's history.
Red Wings players past and present, as well as various other Detroit sports and media celebrities, took the field Saturday at Duck Lake Pines Park to raise money for several charities.
"It's amazing," Kocur told Brad Galli. "I don't know what to say because I just never expected it to be this big."
