Car enthusiasts from across the country will converge on metro Detroit for the 2016 Concours d'Elegance of America at The Inn at St. John's in Plymouth.
The 38th annual Concours will feature over 300 vintage and classic automobiles and motorcycles from 31 states and countries.
It begins on Friday, July 29 and ends on Sunday, July 31.
We've expanded our program over three days in order to attract a wider audience of automotive enthusiasts and first-time visitors," Concours Chairman Larry Moss said in a release. "I encourage people who have never attended a concours event to make it a point to check us out."
During the annual event, the group will also honor Barry Meguiar as the 2016 Concours d'Elegance of America "Enthusiast of the Year." Meguiar, best known as host of the Velocity series "Car Crazy," has spent decades in the classic car community.
"I'm excited to be recognized by the Concours d'Elegance of America board and I look forward to renewing old friendships and making new ones in the car capital of the world," Meguiar said in a release.
