The Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Sterling Heights is holding its second fundraiser event to benefit "Turning Point" based in Macomb County.

This year's event will take place on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6:30 pm to 12:00 am at Zuccaro's Banquets & Catering, 46601 Gratiot, Chesterfield Township, MI.  Tickets are $85 per person, which includes dinner, dancing, entertainment and premium open bar.

"Stepping Out With the Stars" features local celebrity dancers and judges all participating in a dance contest with professional Arthur Murray instructors to benefit Turning Point's mission. The dancers have been training in up to twenty rehearsals to ready themselves for this performance.

You will need to purchase tickets in advance at  the Turning Point website or call 586-488-7017. The evening will also include a 50/50 Raffle and Live and Silent Auctions.

"We are so excited to be part of this growing event.  Last year we sold more than 300 tickets and this year we had to find a bigger venue to accommodate the demand," says Turning Point CEO Suzanne Coats. "The dancers have worked hard to hone their skills…all to benefit our mission to end sexual assault and domestic violence... We are incredibly appreciative of everyone's efforts and support."
