Country duo Montgomery Gentry will perform on Saturday at the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear Corporation.
Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry will take to the MotorCity Casino Hotel Entertainment Stage shortly after the first Dual in Detroit race.
Debuting in 1999, the duo released their eighth album, "Folks Like Us" in 2015. They have produced 14 Top 10 singles and five No. 1 songs on the country music charts including "Something To Be Proud Of," "If You Ever Stop Loving Me," "Lucky Man," "Back When I Knew It All," and "Roll With Me."
“We are excited to once again work with MotorCity Casino Hotel to bring world-class entertainment to the Grand Prix in 2017,” Grand Prix Chariman Bud Denker said in a release. “Montgomery Gentry will bring a different kind of sound and energy to the Grand Prix and we’re very excited to have them perform for our fans and celebrate a fun Saturday night on June 3rd at Belle Isle.”
The entertainment for Sunday at the Grand Prix and the entire schedule will be released closer to race weekend.
