The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announce a frozen vegetable recall due to Listeria concerns.

According to the FDA, CRF Frozen Foods in Washington recalled 15 different vegetable items because they could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

No illnesses have been reported, according to the FDA.

The FDA said it was discovered through routine testing by state health officials in Ohio. Some of the vegetables were sold under the Meijer brand.

The recalled vegetables were distributed in Michigan and many other states between Sept. 13, 2015 and March 16, 2016. For a list of all affected products, click here.

Consumers are urged not to eat the products, and take them back to the store for a refund or throw them out.
