The Wayne County Sheriff's Office and Detroit Police Department are holding a hiring fair on Tuesday, April 4.
It takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at DESC Michigan Works, located at 9301 Michigan Avenue in Detroit.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office itself is trying to fill more than 100 openings.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Michigan Driver's License
Possession of a High School Diploma or GED
No Felony Convictions
Be a U.S. Citizen
Be qualified to obtain a Concealed Pistol License
Must pass required written and agility test per agency requirements
