DETROIT (WXYZ) — A 7-year-old girl is in temporary serious condition at a local hospital after police say shots were fired into a home in Detroit early Sunday.
The shooting happened in the 15400 block of Burgess around 1:30 a.m. on May 10.
Police say the child was struck in the body.
Police are investigating the incident, with only preliminary information available at the moment.
