Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged a 74-year-old judge who reportedly touched a coworker inappropriately.

Judge Henry Perez is accused of touching the 33-year-old woman's body against her will. Perez worked in Livonia as a Federal Administrative Law Judge.

Perez has been charged with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree. It is alleged that Perez called the woman into her office and began touching her on December 28.

He is on leave from his position.

Each count he is facing is a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of up to two years.

Prosecutor Worthy said, “These allegations are very troubling. This type of charged behavior will not be tolerated no matter your station in life."

He posted bond and is expected back in court on March 23.
