A 74-year-old Rochester Hills man was arrested for allegedly masturbating inside of his car in the parking lot of Target, located on Rochester Road, according to the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
Police say the incident was witnessed by three young girls, aged 14, 14 and 18, who told their parents, who called 911.
Upon arrival, deputies found the man seated inside a green Chevrolet Trailblazer with his pants undone and genitalia exposed. He was then taken into custody.
Police say the suspect made admissions to detectives regarding the incident. Due to his severe medical ailments and conditions, the man was released pending the issuance of criminal charges.
