An 85-year-old grandmother who pleaded guilty to a drunk driving crash last year has been sentenced to serve 75 days in jail for violating her probation.
Barbara Jean Fisher was arrested June 20, 2016 in Rochester Hills after crashing into a light pole.
Her blood-alcohol was nearly three times the legal limit.
Fisher pleaded guilty to the original incident, served 21 days and jail and was ordered to serve probation.
Warrants were issued for Fisher after several probation violations.
Fisher's attorney believes jail time is too harsh of a sentence.
