About 680K rattles recalled due to choking hazard

About 680,000 rattles are being recalled nationwide over a choking hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. 

The rattles were sold by Kids II Inc. and distributed to stores including Target, Walgreens, Walmart, Amazon.com, ToysRUs.com from January 2016 through February 2017. 

The CPSC recall involves Oball Rattles in pink, blue, green and orange with the model number 81031. The rattles also have date codes: T0486, T1456, T2316, T2856 and T3065.

There have been 42 reports of the plastic disc breaking and the small beads coming out. 

Consumers are advised to contact the firm for a full refund. The number is 877-243-7314.
