Berkley police have issued a stranger danger warning after a reported incident on May 15.

Police say a student was reportedly walking home near Anderson Middle School when a man driving a black SUV drove up and said he had "something to show her."

The girl was able to get away and call for help.

The person who approached the girl is described as a white male, about 30-40 years old. He was reportedly wearing a red and blue plaid shirt and spoke with an accent.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
