Some of the Detroit Lions players will be wearing different uniforms on Monday for a good cause.

Safety Don Carey is hosting a Celebrity Server Night at Fleming's Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Birmingham.

Players will be donning aprons and trays to "wine and dine" guests with a menu of steak and seafood.

Carey is hosting the event to benefit the DonCarey REECH Foundation to help fund free S.T.E.M. programs for students in Detroit.

Guests will be treated to a meal that starts with a cocktail hour from 6-7 p.m. followed by an array of appetizers, salads, filet mignon, New Zealand salmon, wine and dessert, all served by Lions players.

The event will also have a silent auction to benefit the REECH foundation for local students.
