Detroit man shot and killed after letting dogs out for morning walk.
The shooting happened this morning on Archdale near Warren and Southfield on the city's west side.
The victim's girlfriend told police she heard four gunshots and when she went outside she found her boyfriend on the ground with another man standing over him going through his pockets.
She screamed and the man ran away.
Police are not sure if this was a random robbery or if the victim knew his killer.
