DETROIT (WXYZ) — Detroit was named one of 2020's best cities for jobs by Glassdoor.
The best cities were determined based on hiring opportunity, cost of living and job satisfaction.
According to Glassdoor, "hot jobs" in Detroit include special education teacher, banker and physician assistant.
The number one city for jobs is Raleigh, North Carolina, while Dallas-Fort Worth was ranked number 25.
Detroit had a job satisfaction ranking of 3.5 out of 5, 21,208 job openings, $55,126 median base salary and $177,741 median home value.
