Detroit police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 22-year-old man.
Police say Sammy Elaasar, who is visiting Detroit from Illinois, was last seen at a Coney Island in the area of Woodward and Cadillac Square on May 29 around 3:50 p.m.
Sammy is described as 5'7" with a skinny build, black hair, and a light beard. He was wearing a blue button-up floral shirt, black jeans and black shoes at the time of his disappearance.
Police say Sammy suffers from mental health issues and may not have taken his medication.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
